Use the widget to create a support ticket and access our Learning Hub
You can find help articles and raise support issues without leaving the product.
1) Select the ? icon in the bottom right corner
2) You will see options to go to our Help Center, What’s New page, or Contact Us to submit a support ticket
Access the Learning Hub
1) Enter text into the search field and select Enter
2) The search results for the articles related to your keywords will appear
3) You can read the documentation within the widget
4) You can also click on the arrow next to the article title to be directed to our Learning Hub site
Submit a support ticket
1) You can either click Contact Us from the widget or email support@zeroheight.com (working UK hours: 9 am-6 pm)
2) In your email, please provide the following:
- a short summary of the issue in the subject line
- a clear description of the issue, providing as much detail as possible
- screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
- a link to the styleguide that has the issue
- the steps for our support engineers to reproduce (if the issue needs to be investigated by them)
