This feature is available for all plans. This is not available for legacy plans.

You can generate a status table to view the status of your components and styleguide pages. This will provide a centralized place to view the status of everything in your design system so your team can ship consistent UX.

Add a status table

Status tables are auto-generated and in a set table format. You won’t be able to edit the column types.

The Last edited column will reflect the last time the page was updated. You can add notes as well as hide and show the last edited and notes columns.

1) Select Status table from the toolbar

2) Select which pages you want to add to the table

Update status tags

You can select change the status tag from the dropdown list of your tags in the column. This will update the status of your page or component and vice versa.

Change layout

The Last edited column will reflect the last time the page was updated. You can add notes as well as hide and show the last edited and notes columns.

1) Click the settings icon

2) Toggle on/off Show notes column and Show last edited column

FAQs

If I have a hidden page, can I display it in the table?

If a hidden page is added to a status table, the row will be visible to editors and reviewers (even when previewing pages in view-only mode). Viewers cannot see the row with the hidden page.
