1) In Share, change the settings to be Can view
2) Open up the export setting and click on Embed
3) Copy the contents in the URL within the " "
4) In zeroheight, choose the Embed option from the toolbar
5) Paste the Miro URL and you have now successfully embedded your content :). You can resize the frame by dragging the handles to the bottom and right of the embed block.
